V Who writes the report

The inspector who walks the site signs the report.

Play Safe was started in 2016 by a former municipal risk manager who saw too many incomplete inspection files during claims reviews. We still use the same checklist and camera protocol on every job because the document has to stand alone when the call comes in.

Most of our clients are school districts and park departments that need a defensible record rather than a sales pitch. The photos and measurements are taken on site; the report is delivered within forty-eight hours.

Why Play Safe

The report is the only thing that matters later

Four details that determine whether an inspection file holds up or creates new exposure.

01

Standards, not opinions

Every item is checked against the current ASTM and CPSC language in force on the date of inspection.

02

Photo with measurement

No finding is logged without a timestamped image that shows the gauge, tape or probe in the same frame.

03

File ready for claims

Reports are formatted for direct upload to carrier portals and include equipment serial numbers and manufacturer references.

04

Date-stamped follow-up

Corrective-action deadlines are listed with the original inspection date so the timeline is never in dispute.
